Soccer Assocation of Homer is looking for parent volunteers for the Summer 2013 season. We especially need new board members, parents to help drive and chaperone for tournaments, and managers for the Competitive teams to organize tournaments and travel.

Tommie Carlin-Schauer has been our full-time summer administrator since 2008. He has coached the boys comp team and this year continues to coach the older girls comp team. He also enthusiatically oversees our recreational and Little Feet Programs.

Tommie's knowledge and enthusiasm for the game has been inspiring to the young players he has coached. He has played at the highest amateur level of soccer and played in Europe. He has a national B-level coaching license.

"My passion for soccer has resulted in more than 42 years of experieince as coach, student, player and referee. As a coach I have taught at all levels, from beginners to professional athletes and adults at all levels. My many years of soccer experience come from my love for the game and desire to see others enjoy the game of soccer."
